Scope
This Policy covers subscriptions to the Service. Our work here is the provision of subscription software - not consulting engagements or the sale of physical goods, which are covered by their own policies. Where a separate order or agreement sets out different commercial terms, that document governs and this Policy applies where it is silent.
Subscriptions and Billing
- The Service is provided on a subscription basis under the plan you select. Plan features, limits, price, currency, and billing period (for example monthly or annual) are shown at the time of subscription or in your order.
- Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled, and fees are charged in advance for each period.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes and statutory charges, which are added where applicable. Bank charges, intermediary fees, and currency-conversion costs for cross-border payments are borne by you.
- Usage above your plan's included limits may incur overage charges at the rates shown for your plan; these are billed in addition to the subscription fee.
Free Trials
Where a free trial is offered, it lets you evaluate the Service for the stated period at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid plan and billing will begin for the next period. Trial availability and length are shown at sign-up and may change.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Service or by contacting us. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal. Unless required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period - you keep access until then, and you are not charged again after that.
You remain responsible for any fees and approved usage or overage charges incurred up to the effective date of cancellation.
Refunds
- Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, and we do not provide pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a current billing period after it has started, except where required by applicable law.
- We will refund or credit a charge that resulted from a genuine billing error on our side, or a documented failure of the Service that we could not remedy in a reasonable time, assessed in good faith.
- Overage and usage charges, and amounts paid to third parties (such as payment providers), are non-refundable.
- Nothing in this Policy limits any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
Failed Payments and Suspension
If a payment fails or a subscription is overdue, we will attempt to notify you and may retry the charge. If the amount remains unpaid after a reasonable period, we may suspend the Service. Your data is retained during suspension for a reasonable period so you can reactivate; continued non-payment may lead to termination in accordance with the SaaS Terms of Service.
Upgrades, Downgrades and Price Changes
You may change plans where the option is available. Upgrades typically take effect immediately, and downgrades typically take effect at the start of the next billing period. We may change plan prices from time to time; where a change affects your renewal, we will give reasonable advance notice, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
Billing Questions and Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can review and resolve it quickly. Raising a chargeback before contacting us may lead to suspension while the matter is investigated.
How Approved Refunds Are Paid
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method where possible. Domestic refunds are typically processed within 7-14 business days of approval; international refunds depend on banking intermediaries and may take longer and incur cross-border fees.
