Quoting is the fast part. Everything after it is what drags. The quote goes out as a PDF, then silence, you have no idea if it was even opened. A change comes back, so you dig out the file and start version seven. They finally say yes, and now you're chasing the advance by phone, raising the invoice by hand, and hoping the numbers still match. When a job gets cancelled, you're asking for bank details over WhatsApp and transferring the refund from memory.

Questions, answered

Does QuoVeo take a cut of my payments?

No. Your clients pay directly into your own Razorpay, PayPal or bank account. QuoVeo never holds your money and takes no commission — you pay only the monthly plan fee.

Do my clients need an account?

No. They open a link, view the proposal, sign it and pay. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for.

How does the UPI QR work?

When you offer UPI on an INR proposal, your client sees a QR containing your UPI ID and the exact amount due. They scan with any UPI app and approve. The amount is calculated by QuoVeo from the live balance, so it can't be altered, and it updates as part payments arrive.

Can I take a deposit and collect the balance later?

Yes. Set a percentage or fixed advance, then request the balance whenever you're ready — all of it, or just part, with a note explaining what it covers.

What if the client asks for changes after I've sent it?

Edit and re-send. The same link, invoice and payment history carry over, and it costs no credit (3 free revisions on Basic, 5 on Advanced). Since the document changed, your client re-signs, so the signature always matches the current version.

How do refunds work?

You start the refund and your client shares their payout details through a secure link. You get a scan-to-refund QR for the exact amount and record the transaction reference. Their invoice updates automatically. You pay from your own account — QuoVeo never touches the money.

Does it handle GST?

Yes. Tax is applied per proposal and shown on both the quotation and the invoice, with amounts to the paisa. Invoices are sequentially numbered per business.

Is it priced per user?

No — per business. One price covers your whole team, so growing doesn't increase your bill.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

It stays yours. Download everything at any time from Settings, and delete your account and all its data whenever you choose.
